GENERALBy commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.I draw: human & human-like characters (fantasy, semi-realistic, anime-inspired), D&D and other RPG characters, original characters, fanart, romantic/aesthetic scenes, light NSFW, fantasy elements, dynamic compositions, splash art and character design.I don’t draw: heavy gore, extreme fetishes, complex mecha or machinery, real people without permission, hate or discriminatory content.I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.All commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.PAYMENTSPayPal

I make several sketches of your commission, then send them to you so you can choose the one we will work on next. At this stage, you are free to share all your ideas and request changes. Once we have approved the sketch and colors and I move on to rendering, no further changes can be made, except for minor adjustments that do not require redrawing parts of the work.
Also, if we agree, I can skip certain stages and complete the work at my discretion.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYThe deadline varies from one week to one month depending on the complexity and type of work. The deadlines stated at the time of ordering are longer to allow for unforeseen circumstances.USEYou are free to reupload my work as long as you give me credit (use @juvisart for X and @juvisworld for other social networks)You may use the commissioned work for personal display, social media posts, icons, and banners (with credit).
Commercial use requires a separate license.You may not resell, redistribute, or mint the work as NFTINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSYou are not allowed to erase, cut or cover up my watermark/signature.I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it online and use it in my portfolio.If you purchase NDA, the work will not be shown publicly.You may not edit, trace, or claim the work as your own.REFUNDSNo refunds.
